Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6:00pm & Saturday 8:00am to 12 noon.

Extended: $195.00 Rebate: $82.90 Out-of-pocket: $112.15
Comprehensive: $265.00 Rebate: $142.85 Out-of-pocket: $142.85
Standard Telehealth: $105.00 Rebate: $42.85 Out-of-pocket: $62.15

$75.00 monthly gap for the 1 st visit each month
No out-of-pocket costs for subsequent visits in the same month
